Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (days) or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (nights), every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality care
Administer medications accurately and safely
Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Maintain accurate medical records using Matrix EMR
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Valid BLS certification
At least 1 year of recent Long Term Care experience
Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Experience with charge nurse responsibilities
Comfortable using Matrix EMR
Strong communication and teamwork skills
