Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy treatments for a diverse ortho caseload
Conduct thorough orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage a mix of evaluation and recurring patient schedules to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with rehab aides and a supportive team to deliver high-quality care
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or compact license required
BLS certification (AHA) required
Well-versed in outpatient orthopedics - we want a confident clinician
Must be able to pass a profile review and interview with facility

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation expertise
Orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
Excellent patient communication and education
Ability to manage a varied caseload in a small community setting
