Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional respiratory care to patients in need
Manage and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
Conduct diagnostic tests and interpret results
Assess patient conditions and adjust treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies

Qualifications

Current Respiratory Therapist license in Utah required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and troubleshooting
Patient assessment and care planning
Team collaboration and communication
Time management and adaptability
Knowledge of respiratory medications and treatments
