Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, leading the care team and ensuring smooth operations
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and treatments with compassion and precision
Monitor and assess residents' health, coordinating with physicians as needed
Provide direct nursing care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, dementia, and other conditions
Maintain accurate documentation in the Matrix EMR system

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year LTC experience required
Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in long-term care nursing and geriatric care
Experience with wound care and medication administration
Knowledge of Matrix EMR is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
