Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable days, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, including weekend and on-call requirements

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound exams in general, OBGYN, and vascular imaging
Assist with procedures including drains and biopsies
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout exams
Maintain ultrasound equipment and document results accurately in EPIC and PACS
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide optimal patient care

Qualifications

Active RDMS (General or OBGYN) certification required
BLS certification required
RVT or RDCS certification preferred
Experience with ultrasound procedures (drains, biopsies) required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sonographer

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics and instrumentation
Proficient in EPIC and Fuji PACS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
