Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday (no weekends, no holidays)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with general orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a predominantly geriatric population
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for patients with BPPV, balance deficits, and fall risk
Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Experience with EMR systems
Ability to work effectively with a geriatric patient population

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
Proficiency in vestibular assessment and treatment (e.g., BPPV maneuvers)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
Familiarity with outpatient clinical protocols and documentation
