Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide top-notch outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily ortho but with a wide variety of cases
Cover outpatient clinic located in an athletic club; some acute inpatient coverage may be needed if experienced
Manage a caseload of up to 12 patients per day, delivering individualized care plans
Collaborate with a team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain; can be in process at submittal)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is a must
Some acute inpatient experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedic assessment and treatment
Ability to adapt to a small-town, variety-rich caseload
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficient with electronic health records
