Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures using Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAMs
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, following radiation safety protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic images
Adhere to facility policies including fingernail restrictions and radiation badge usage
Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation

Qualifications

Current BLS certification (required)
PET experience (required)
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Valid driver's license (required for submittal and mileage verification)
Ability to work 40 hours per week on a set schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and radiation safety
Experience with Siemens PET/CT and gamma cameras (training available if needed)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
Ability to adapt to new equipment and protocols
