Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments using advanced techniques such as IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and Proton Therapy
Perform simulation, treatment planning, and patient setup with precision and care
Collaborate with radiation oncologists and dosimetrists to ensure optimal treatment delivery
Operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment including Trubeam and Vision RT
Document treatments accurately in EPIC and Aria systems
Provide compassionate education and support to patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications

Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT T)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
Proficiency with EPIC, Aria, Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT
Ability to perform external beam (EBRT), internal (IRT), and proton therapy treatments

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT techniques
Strong patient positioning and immobilization skills
Familiarity with treatment planning software and imaging systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
