Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate staffing and patient assignments to optimize efficiency
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Valid California RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory standards
