Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and balance conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for total joint replacement, vestibular, and neuro patients
Collaborate with PTA's and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active California PT license required
Current BLS certification from AHA
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Orthopedic, vestibular, and neuro rehabilitation experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and total joint rehabilitation
Vestibular and balance therapy
Neurological rehabilitation
Patient education and communication
EMR proficiency
