Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services focusing on upper extremity orthopedic conditions including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting with a caseload of about 12 patients per day
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
Current BLS certification
Must have outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically in upper extremity therapy
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures preferred
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity therapy
Skilled in treating shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
Proficient in ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
