Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a home-like environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Support residents with activities of daily living
Maintain a safe and clean living environment

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Minnesota
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric nursing and common conditions (CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, etc.)
Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong work ethic and reliability
