Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with hour lunch)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat outpatient and some inpatient patients to restore function and mobility
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications

Valid California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous outpatient experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational abilities
