Location: Centennial, Colorado

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Providing exceptional critical care to a diverse patient population across multiple ICUs (MICU, SICU, TICU, CVICU)
Titrating critical drips including pressors, sedation, paralytics, antiarrhythmics, heparin, insulin, and more
Interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry independently
Floating within the assigned zone to ensure coverage at various facilities
Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-acuity care including CRRT, IABP, and Impella patients
Serving as a resource for patient assessments and emergency interventions

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required (3+ years for first-time travelers)
Valid RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Prior travel experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Epic documentation system
Comfortable managing ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Strong ability to titrate and manage critical drips
Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
