Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room
Assist surgeons during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Monitor patient vitals and ensure sterile field maintenance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment

Qualifications

Current RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and infection control
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and emergency response
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
