Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
• Document patient care clearly and thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Support patient and family education, promoting comfort and understanding
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Hampshire (required)
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfort administering medications, basic wound care, and monitoring vitals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Dependable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• LPN licensure in New Hampshire

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of fundamental nursing principles and medication administration
• Competence with vital sign assessment, basic nursing procedures, and charting
• Familiarity with infection control practices and patient safety standards
• Comfort using electronic health records and completing timely documentation
• Good clinical judgment, time management, and teamwork skills
