Shift Type: Per diem shifts as needed, flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms with precision to keep patients safe
Provide expert telemetry care that makes a real difference in recovery
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch patient outcomes
Respond swiftly to patient needs in a fast-paced tele environment
Educate patients and families to empower their health journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Recent telemetry nursing experience preferred
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in handling acute cardiac situations
Team collaboration and communication expertise
