Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute life-saving treatment plans
Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced interventions with precision and compassion
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Resilience and quick decision-making under stress
