Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry for progressive care patients making a real difference in their recovery
Provide expert step-down care with compassion and precision
Manage advanced equipment like bedside monitors and high flow oxygen systems
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 6-7 RNs per shift
Deliver hands-on care for neuro trauma patients including chest tubes and EEGs
Float to support inpatient units including ICU and ED when needed

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
Required ACLS and BLS certifications
Preferred NHISS and TNCC for top consideration

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Must-have telemetry and step-down experience
Neuro and trauma experience highly preferred
Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Proficiency with bedside monitors, end tidal O2, high flow, chronic vents, and subdural drains
