Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate daily care to residents in extended care
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to enhance quality of life
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure safety
Support activities of daily living with patience and a smile
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide top-notch resident care
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
Experience in long-term care or extended care settings preferred
Strong passion for helping others in a caring facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent patient care techniques
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Infection control and safety protocols
Empathy and clear communication with residents and families
Teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment
