Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate seamlessly with RN case managers to deliver exceptional patient care
Masterfully document patient progress using Cerner, Nate, and Ensocare systems
Communicate effectively with teams, patients, and families to build lasting trust
nimbly shift attention between multiple tasks while maintaining high standards
Float where needed to support the hospital's mission of outstanding care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience, ideally in case management
Strong passion for patient advocacy and coordination
