Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care with compassion on the medical-surgical unit
Conduct astute assessments and data collection to guide personalized care plans
Formulate goal-directed plans prioritizing essential patient needs
Excel in high-stress emergency situations while staying calm and following protocols
Supervise LPNs and Nurse Aides to ensure top-notch team performance

Qualifications

Current Colorado RN license
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
ACLS certification or obtain within one year
Previous related experience, especially in Medical/Surgical nursing

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong IV skills for confident patient care
Astute assessment skills to catch what matters
Independent decision-making in dynamic environments
Ability to thrive under high stress with creative problem solving
