Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence
Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and lifestyle adjustments for lasting recovery
Track progress and adjust therapies to accelerate healing journeys

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong passion for patient-centered care

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient rehab techniques
Proficiency with therapeutic modalities and manual therapy
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Adaptability to diverse patient needs
