Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry and respond swiftly to patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
