Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Six-week rotating schedule Monday-Friday: Week 1 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, Week 2 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Week 3 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with 1 day off for Saturday, Week 4 8:00 AM-5:30 PM with 1 day off for Sunday, Week 5 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Week 6 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with 1 day off for Saturday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer pharmacy patients' calls with care and efficiency
Process pharmacy requests accurately to keep operations smooth
Deliver top-notch support in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

One year of retail experience
Registered Pharmacy Technician, State of Ohio
Ohio Pharmacy Board Registration required prior to start
PTCB certified technician preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Retail pharmacy experience
Patient call handling
Request processing expertise
PTCB certification
