Location: Chandler, Arizona

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, typically 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible start as early as 6:00 AM based on case volume), rotating weeknight call (typically 2 nights/week), rotating weekend call, self-scheduling allowed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with high-volume advanced GI procedures like EUS, ERCP, and stent placements to make a real difference in patient outcomes
Masterfully reprocess scopes using Medivator DSD Edge and Olympus OER Pro for top-notch infection control
Support complex cases including stone management, GI bleeds, and bronchoscopies with precision and care
Handle biopsies, snares, injections, banding, and dilations independently to keep the team flowing smoothly

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years recent endoscopy tech experience (within past 6 months)
BLS certification required
Strong proficiency in advanced EUS, complex ERCP, stent placement/exchange/removal, and stone management
Meticulous manual scope washing and HLD skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced EBUS and ION skills preferred
Proficient in general GI procedures: biopsy, snare, GI bleed management, injections, lifting agents, banding, balloon/Savary/Maloney dilations
Expert scope handling and reprocessing with specific equipment
