Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 operations of the Emergency Department with confidence and vision
• Coach and educate staff to exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional care
• Design motivating development plans that empower your team to shine
• Oversee daily operations ensuring top-notch service to the community
• Manage resources wisely while improving patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate across departments to build a seamless team approach to healthcare
• Drive performance improvement through data, committees, and innovative strategies

Qualifications

• Current MA RN licensure, ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications required
• TNCC, ENPC, and CEN certifications preferred for emergency expertise
• Three to five years of progressive clinical and administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
