Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience preferred
Compassionate heart and reliable attitude
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Team collaboration skills
Empathy and communication
