Shift Type: Varied days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour day shifts with call in rotation (about 120 hours over 13 weeks, including weekends and holidays as needed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a bustling 16-suite OR handling 30 cases daily
Support diverse surgeries including general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics
Collaborate with OR techs, charge nurses, and house supervisors for seamless operations
Utilize Epic EMR to document and streamline patient care
Step up during call rotations to ensure patient safety around the clock

Qualifications

Active RN license required
BLS (AHA) certification
2+ years of experience, with must-have trauma and neuro background
OR RN expertise welcomed
Charge nurse experience a plus

Education

BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Epic charting system
Strong trauma and neuro surgical knowledge
Team player mindset for high-volume OR environment
Adaptable to varied days and call responsibilities
