Shift Type: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert emergency care to diverse patients including trauma, stroke and sepsis cases
Perform critical procedures like laceration repairs, U/S IV insertions and EKG interpretations
Assess and stabilize patients rapidly using strong critical thinking
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a high-volume 25+ bed ED
Manage protocol-based orders for labs, imaging and medications
Provide compassionate care across multiple comorbidities and psychiatric needs

Qualifications

Active RN license
At least 2 years of ED experience for travel contracts
BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required
New Hampshire RN license or compact state eligibility

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency Department nursing expertise
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
Proficiency with medical terminology and EKG interpretation
Dependability, punctuality and creative problem-solving
