Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs in high-stakes situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families during urgent moments

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
ER experience preferred to hit the ground running
Strong clinical skills with a calm under pressure

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
Proficiency with ER protocols and equipment
Excellent communication in fast-paced settings
Ability to multitask during peak emergency times
