Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care during vaginal and c-section deliveries
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients
Coordinate and direct all nursing care to ensure safe, positive outcomes
Monitor fetal heart rates using advanced Novii and GE equipment
Collaborate with a flexible, friendly team to make every shift rewarding

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ years of current acute care hospital L&D experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
AWHONN or EFM certification
Flexible, friendly, and dependable personality that thrives in fast-paced environments

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor & Delivery nursing
Proficiency with vaginal and c-section deliveries
Skilled in fetal monitoring with FHR monitors and fetal scalp electrodes
Experience with EMR systems like CPN and Meditech
Strong teamwork in 2:1 or 1:1 patient ratios
