Shift Type: Per diem shifts as needed, flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms to ensure patient safety
Provide expert nursing care to cardiac patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Respond swiftly to patient needs in a fast-paced tele unit
Educate patients and families on heart health journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Completed Prime Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam, Pharmacology Exam, and Rhythm Interpretation Screening
Up-to-date personal health requirements including vaccines and screenings

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Acute care nursing in a tele setting
Patient assessment and intervention skills
Team collaboration and communication
