Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care during labor, deliveries, and C-sections, making every moment count
Monitor fetal heart rates using advanced EFM equipment like TOCCO and Novii for optimal outcomes
Manage high-acuity patients on Magnesium drips, PIT, and post-op recoveries with precision
Collaborate seamlessly with charge nurses, OB techs, and providers to deliver exceptional results
Assist with procedures like ECV and Cerclage placement, supporting the entire birthing journey

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1-2 years of acute care hospital L&D experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, plus EFM-C or AWHONN
Ready to jump into a fast-paced unit? You've got this!

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor & Delivery nursing with Meditech EMR proficiency
Strong electronic fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetrics skills
Team player with excellent communication for multidisciplinary collaboration
Comfortable precepting and handling fluctuating patient acuities from 1:1 to 1:3
