Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs in high-stakes situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families during stressful moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ER experience preferred for this dynamic role

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent crisis management and decision-making
Proficiency in emergency procedures and equipment
Compassionate communication under pressure
