Roles & Responsibilities

Assist pathologists in gross examination of surgical specimens to ensure accurate diagnoses
Prepare and process tissue samples with precision and care
Document findings meticulously to support patient care decisions
Collaborate with the lab team to deliver timely and reliable results
Maintain a safe and efficient pathology lab environment

Qualifications

Active BLS certification
Valid state license with verification
Completed Trinity Skills Checklist
Up-to-date personal health requirements including vaccinations and drug screen

Education

Degree in a related field such as pathology assistance or medical laboratory science

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pathology lab procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with specimen handling and processing
Excellent communication for team collaboration
