Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert surgical support across Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gyne procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with surgical teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
Maintain sterile environments and handle advanced equipment with precision
Respond confidently to on-call needs, making a real difference in critical moments

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent licensure
Hands-on experience in multi-specialty OR settings
Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
Reliable and ready for on-call rotations

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gyne surgeries
Expertise with robotic surgical systems
Strong sterile technique and instrumentation skills
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-stakes settings
