Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons with precision during life-changing procedures
Prepare operating rooms with meticulous care for optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile fields to ensure patient safety every time
Anticipate needs and support seamless surgical team operations
Contribute to high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Current BLS certification
Experience as a Surgical Technician welcomed
Ability to pass competency testing and skills checklists

Education

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation
Sterile technique and infection control mastery
Team collaboration in fast-paced OR settings
Attention to detail for patient-centered care
