Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with weekend rotation and float required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily operations on a cutting-edge unit fighting blood disorders and cancers, making a real difference
Balance hands-on patient care with sharp leadership, staffing, and smooth patient flow
Manage complex treatments like chemo administration, blood transfusions, and innovative CAR T-cell therapies
Mentor your team, champion safety, and collaborate with multidisciplinary pros for top-tier care

Qualifications

3 years oncology experience required, hematology preferred, plus 3 years charge RN experience
Open to first-time travelers who meet the experience bar
Active state license, BLS, ACLS, and CHEMO certification required

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Inpatient oncology mastery and chemotherapy administration
EPIC charting proficiency, central line and PICC care, blood product administration
Oncologic emergency response, neutropenic precautions, and telemetry interpretation
Psychosocial support, wound care, and care coordination for diverse cancer patients
