Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-stakes emergency care in a fast-paced 18-bed ED
Manage patient ratios of 5:1 with confidence and skill
Collaborate with tenured staff to grow and develop as a nurse
Float as needed to support the team across the hospital
Utilize cutting-edge GE equipment and Expanse documentation system

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
Emergency Room skillset ready for action
Must-have certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in high-acuity emergency procedures
Skilled with GE monitors and Expanse documentation
Strong team player in variable staffing environments
