Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Per diem shifts as needed, flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families to empower their health journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Recent med/surg nursing experience preferred
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in patient monitoring and documentation
Adaptability in fast-paced hospital environments
