Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to medical-surgical patients, making a real difference in their recovery
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety first
• Educate patients and families to empower them on their health journey
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, showcasing your clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing, verified via Nursys
• BLS, NIHSS, and DCI/BVP certifications required
• Recent med-surg experience to hit the ground running
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth through exams and checklists

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication for building patient trust
• Proficiency in med-surg protocols and patient care coordination
• Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
