Shift Type: Days not specified, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality
Support social engagement and emotional well being with friendly interactions
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and coworkers

Qualifications

Current GNA certification required
Comfortable working with geriatric populations and providing hands-on care
Ability to pass standard background check and health screenings
Basic communication skills to interact with residents, families, and team members
CPR/BLS preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
GNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles and resident-centered approaches
Skilled in safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Familiarity with basic documentation and charting best practices
Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
Understanding of infection control and resident safety standards
