Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening/day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility, prioritizing dignity and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
Support infection control and facility procedures to keep residents safe
Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a positive care environment

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — current or in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Eligible for or currently hold Pennsylvania CNA certification
Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and patient transfers
Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Friendly, patient-focused attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basics: vital signs, ADLs, feeding and toileting assistance
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear, timely documentation and handoff communication
Compassionate bedside manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced care setting and prioritize resident needs
