Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and compassion
Support safe transfers and mobility to reduce fall risk and promote independence
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to support person-centered care
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Ability to work the assigned days: Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday
Local candidates only (within commuting distance to Pine Point Ctr)
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proven skills assisting with ADLs and personal care
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
Infection control and hand hygiene practices
Clear, respectful communication with residents and the clinical team
Attention to detail for accurate charting and care continuity
