Shift Type: Days not specified, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Day shift (12.5-hour)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Measure, record and report vital signs and patient status changes accurately
Document care and observations clearly in the resident chart/EHR
Communicate effectively with nurses, families and the interdisciplinary care team
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Previous CNA experience in long-term care or acute care environments preferred

Education

High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and ADLs
Knowledge of vital sign measurement and documentation
Familiarity with infection control best practices
Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary care team
Basic computer/EHR charting ability
