Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Document resident interactions and care accurately and timely
- Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and able to meet the physical demands of patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Foundational patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Attention to detail and time-management during busy shifts
