Shift Type: Night, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (specific days not specified in posting)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members
Contribute to a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide dependable coverage
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required background checks
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Active CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care skills including bathing, feeding, and toileting
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Understanding of infection control and basic safety procedures
Teamwork and effective communication with clinical staff
Basic EHR/charting familiarity or willingness to learn
