Shift Type: Night, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (days not specified in posting)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and accurately document vital signs and patient observations
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Support safe mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Participate in care planning and collaborate with colleagues to deliver great care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous CNA or patient care experience is a plus
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Dependable, compassionate, and a team player with strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with basic patient care and activities of daily living
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observations
Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients
Accurate documentation and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
